Office Spaces
Discovery Office Building
The project is a three-story, 24,000 square foot office building with an underground parking for a venture capital firm who is the major tenant in Louisville, Colo. The HVAC system is a VAV system with evaporative condenser and electric fan powered VAV boxes. There was a sophisticated computer system which we wired throughout the building.
Southpointe
This is a three story, 250,000 square foot State of Montana office building.. The work included complete tenant finish as well as core/shell design. Different departments required data, security and communications systems more complex than a typical building. The design included an electrical generator for back-up power. The mechanical design used central VAV systems with fan-powered VAV boxes for heat.
Mountain Towers
This 220,000 sq. ft., 20-story office building near Denver is Jerry's "tallest" project to date. The HVAC system is a VAV and consists of two vane-axial air handling systems, one for every 10 floors, 2 300-ton chillers, and a roof-mounted cooling tower. The life safety system includes stairway, elevator and refuge pressurization, and relies on an emergency generator. Power was distributed at 480 volts throughout.
Government Buildings
We have a unique niche in which we have designed MEP systems for more than 20 privately owned buildings leased to various government agencies includingthe FBI, Homeland Security, Social Security and BLM. The projects require precise attention to lease details and governmental interpretations.
Various Banks
We've done numerous banks throughout Colorado including Louisville Bank, Berthoud National Bank, Vectra Bank, Heritage Bank and First Tier.
